Here at Gateway Mobile Automotive, we can Diagnose and repair many different makes, both foreign and domestic. We typically work on Nissan, Infiniti, Toyota, Lexus, Honda, Acura, VW, Audi, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Lincoln, Chevrolet, GMC, Buick, Cadillac, Mitsubishi, Kia, Hyundai, Subaru, Mazda, Mini, Volvo, Saab, and Land Rover.
⇒ Where do you perform repairs?
We perform repairs right in your driveway or the street in front of your home or apartment. This way, you can relax on your couch and still observe the repair process without the hassle of taking your vehicle to a shop.
⇒ How long will my repair take?
The completion time varies depending on the repair, but typically, most of our repairs are finished within 1-3 hours.
⇒ Do you complete bodywork/repairs?
Not at this time.
⇒ What if my vehicle needs other services you don’t provide?
We have a network of recommended companies for additional vehicle repairs, including transmission repair, glass replacement, computer programming, and more! We will connect you with a trusted and reliable service provider.
⇒ What does the repair process look like?
When you contact our ASE-certified technician, we will request your vehicle’s year, make, and model. We will ask you to explain the symptoms or concerns you’re experiencing so we may provide a preliminary diagnosis and a quote. If the symptoms are unclear or more information is needed, we may need to diagnose the issue during your appointment. During the diagnostic session, we aim to provide a quote promptly, especially if the repair isn’t too complex or if multiple repairs are required.
